We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns. If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is free. If your return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), a return shipping fee of $3.9 will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and approved before shipping. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fee.
